By using PopPlan, as a host or a guest, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

PopPlan lets hosts create gatherings and share a link so guests can say what they’re bringing or whether they’re coming. It’s free to use. We may change, limit or stop features at any time, and we set usage limits (such as how many active gatherings a host can have and how many people a gathering can hold).

Your account

Hosts sign in with their email address and must be at least 16. You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

Your content

You’re responsible for what you post: gathering details, names, items and comments. Anyone with a gathering’s link can see its content, so only share links with people you trust. You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to store and display it to run the service.

Acceptable use

• Don’t post anything illegal, hateful, harassing or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Don’t impersonate others or post other people’s personal information without their permission.
• Don’t try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security or limits of the service.
• Don’t use PopPlan to send spam or for commercial advertising.

We may remove content or disable accounts that break these rules.

AI-generated comments

Each gathering shows a short, light-hearted comment written automatically from the gathering’s details. It may occasionally be inaccurate or miss the mark. It isn’t a statement from the host or from PopPlan.

No guarantees

PopPlan is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and your plans safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, so please don’t rely on it as the only record of important arrangements. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for problems arising from gatherings themselves.
